Hi, I’m Julie!
I started making candles in January 2021 in an effort to make my house as cozy as possible during Pandemic Winter. I love all things vintage and secondhand, so sourcing reusable objects for the candles was my plan from the start. And being an allergy-prone person who loves to light tons of candles at once, I started with all unscented candles! And because I love shopping, I decided to keep buying containers and start selling them for other people to enjoy.
The name, Solly Sundries, comes from my last name, Solomon. I added on the alliterative “Sundries” to reflect the fact that this little business may adapt to include a myriad of things!

There is already so much ~ stuff ~ out in the world and it brings me joy to find new life for old things.
