Items are shipped via USPS within the United States. For international orders, contact me directly at sollysundries@gmail.com
Items will ship within a few days of ordering, and tracking information will be provided via email.
All orders are final sale - due to the delicate nature of these items, returns are not possible. Feel free to reach out for any additional photos or information before purchasing if you are unsure!
I will give a full refund for any items that arrive broken. Please let me know via Instagram DM or email if this happens!
Safety
When it comes to candle safety, the most important thing is constant supervision, as fires most often happen when candles are left unattended. To significantly reduce the likelihood of a fire, trim your wicks, light your candles on a sturdy surface, and keep other objects away from the flame. Disclaimer: By purchasing Solly Sundries products you agree to accept them as is and with all faults. I only use containers made of materials that can withstand heat, such as ceramic and thick glass, and inspect all containers for cracks and imperfections. Our candles are made in repurposed containers which incurs an inherent risk. Solly Sundries is not responsible for any accidents that occur during usage.
